 Are you passionate about great food and looking for a rewarding role with a true work-life balance? We are a dedicated independent bakery looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Bakery Assistant to join our small team. 

The position involves handling basic kitchen and pastry prep jobs, following simple recipes, keeping the production space clean, washing equipment and cleaning machinery, as well as serving customers at the bakery counter. 

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be reliable and adaptable. They will be able to take on different challenges and handle a variety of jobs, both front and back of house. They will be confident and pleasant when dealing with customers at the counter, and have a keen eye for detail and precision,  both when preparing food and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 

Due to our rural location and early morning hours, having your own vehicle is essential.
